These creatures will assist your travels for a price and they have no cares about contraband. However, you must be at least level 9 to ride. These dragons will take you to any of the other three dragon locations, so the Avendell dragon (Magpie) can take you to Beryn, the Western Slope, or the Wastes of Angmar. The cost for each ride is 12,000 gold (no matter what the destination or location you are traveling from).

Ferries

You can talk to the ferryman at certain locations and he will send you around the globe (for a fee).
