Black Hills is a large area of hills located above the Dwarven Stronghold, and southwest of Avendell that is settled by a large number of Orcs. Besides the large population of orcs, there is also a friendly run-down inn (The Black Hills Inn) that contains a Ragnar's Kin rift shard. This inn also operates a ferry that travels to Sunken Isle and Windale.
The Black Hills Inn is unprotected, and the rest of the area is "protected" by hostile Orcs and their pet Worgs.
