Minemaster: As a minemaster of Ragnar's Kin, your duties are simple. You must do work around the mines, this includes deliveries and fetch quests.
Note: Job bonuses obtained override bonuses from the previous levels. They do not stack.
Level 1
- Upon enlisting as a minemaster, your first task deals directly with the Dwarven Mines. You must go out and retrieve all the valuable ore that the miners have obtained and return it to Glorin Ironforge for the Dwarven Forges.
- Speak to Glorin Ironforge in the Ragnar's Kin headquarters to begin the assignment and when turning in ore obtained from miners.
- The mines can be found south-east of the Dwarven Stronghold Upper Level; speak to the miners to obtain their ore; you can obtain ore from the same miner about once every 15 minutes.
- You need to return at least 11 ore to Glorin Ironforge in order to level up. Once you get the notification that you may advance your job level, return to Sergeant Golar in the Dwarven War Training building to level up.
- Bonuses: +1 Lore, +1 Search
Level 2
- Your next task would normally be a wonderful one, getting the ale to the miners to keep them happy. Unfortunately, it is not the ale you must deliver. Instead, the shortage of ale is the problem. You must go to the Underground Lake to retrieve water, and to Evenshire for herbs; both are necessary in brewing the ale.
- Report to Gunnik Blackbeard in the Full Beard Tavern to begin the assignment and when returning with both ingredients.
- The Underground Lake can be found just outside the main gatehouse of the Dwarven Stronghold Lower Level and is found on the bottom of the map; you'll need to go through a few tunnels in order to get there since the sections of the map aren't directly connected. - To achieve the title of Master Minemaster, you must complete one final delivery. You are to deliver a special batch of coal to Chief Irontop of the Duergar and you must do it before the coal cools and becomes useless.
- The Duergar are found in the Duergar Tunnels and their stronghold to the north. To reach their home, you must travel through the Dwarven Tunnels to the Underdark until arriving in the Duergar Tunnels. Alternately you can come from the other direction through the Wastes of Angmar and enter through the left-most entrance to the Formian tunnels. Continue all the way through and you shall reach their stronghold; on this path, reach the Underdark, and you've gone too far.
- Bonuses: +3 Lore, +3 Search, and the Miners Forge
