Required for:
Specifics: Three times per day, a Purple Dragon Knight can utter a powerful shout that gives all allies speed increase is 40% + 1% per charisma modifier. Rallying Cry also grants +1 ab and an extra attack. The effects of rallying cry do not stack with haste. Duration is 1 turn + 1 round per charisma modifier.
