Specifics: Monks move more quickly than other classes, and this ability improves with experience.

A Monk's movement rate increases by 10% for every 3 levels starting with level 3.

Monk Endurance is often referred to as Monk speed.

When Hasted, a monk with Monk Endurance does not receive the full effects of the hasted speed bonus. Instead, the speed from haste decreases by 5% every 3 levels until the monk is no longer receiving a hasted speed bonus at level 30. For monks using haste, this means that there is an effective 5% speed increase for every 3 monk levels until monk level 33. Monks still receive all other benefits of haste at all levels.
