Type of Feat: (Epic) General

Prerequisite: Dexterity 25, 21st level

Required for: None

Specifics: The character is able to cast Haste on himself 1x/ day. The effects will last 2 rounds per character level and is used as a free action.

Use: Selected

Note that Blinding Speed does not work with Haste. Haste and Blinding Speed both work with Monk Endurance with reduced effectiveness.

This now gives +2 Dodge AC not +1 as the NS4-modified haste spell grants.
