Prerequisite: Dexterity 15, Any class except Ranger
Required for: Improved Two-Weapon Fighting
Specifics: When fighting with two weapons, this feat reduces the penalty of the off-hand weapon by 4.
Use: Automatic
First level Rangers receive the Dual-Wield feat, which is a combination of the Ambidexterity and Two-Weapon Fighting feats, but it doesn't work while wearing medium or heavy armor.
