The halfings of Evenshire are their own self-contained NPC faction which is friendly to the Last Alliance, the Northern Coalition, The Circle, and Ragnar's Kin. Evenshire is hostile to the Ancient Ones, the Shadow Legion, and the Mystral Ascendancy. There is a Last Alliance rift shard in the local apartments. Also the village itself is surrounded by a large population of halfling fighters and guards, as well as a tavern with a tailor station and a bartender who will sell you drinks as well as healing kits and ammunition. Evenshire is also the home of the Fricebottle family.
