Grey Shores isn't as much of a town as it is an outpost. It has a ferry that will go to Sunken Isle and Frostdale, and a Mystral Ascendancy rift shard in the inn that is maintained by an old couple. The settlement itself is walled up to prevent the surrounding hostile creatures from entering.
