Master Purger: +4 Open Lock, +4 Search, +4 Spot, Vial of Lolth (2x/day either +1d8 Acid Damage to attack or Toxic AoE)

This job can be began by speaking to Andrinor in the southeast of the headquarters.

Level 1

  • A Shadow Legion Purger is quite simply a messenger of death. The invisible assassins who strike with lethal force against those who have offended Lolth. Purgers ensure that the ultimate price is paid by those who cross the Legion without bias. For to Lolth any who do are equally worthless. The Drow Clerics report that a commoner has exceeded the status of his bloodline. Break into his dwelling at night and make an example of his entire family.
  • You need to speak to Jenaquaiz to obtain the Skeleton Key item to be able to obtain access into the house.
  • The house you must enter for this job is located in the most north-eastern part of shop district of Menzoduran, marked by a red 'X' on the ground in front of the door. It's locked until night hours. Enter and kill all 6 family members; they'll be sleeping.
  • Some of the doors in the house will be locked, and different keys will drop upon the death of certain residence members that will allow you to kill all 6.
  • Return the key to Jenaquaiz, then return to Andrinor to advance.
  • Bonuses +2 Open Lock, +2 Spot, +2 Search

Level 2

  • Another day, another contract. Chief Tul'gik feels that his clan has become powerful enough to provide it's own protection. He stupidly thinks that the gold he paid to us was for protection against his rivals. If only he had the intellect to wonder who might protect him from us. Slay the fool to remind all in this realm the benefits of being an affiliate of the Shadow Legion.
  • Chief Tul'gik is a goblin leader located in the Silver Road: Crossroads, below Avendell. He's in a cave northwest of the crossroads.
  • You also get job points for killing goblins, and killing the leader only awards 400, so you'll probably need to kill a combination of them to advance.
  • Bonuses +1 Open Lock, +1 Spot, +1 Search

Level 3

  • I have another target for you assassin. A Drow named Haldra was condemned many years ago as a traitor and he was punished severely. A high-priestess transformed him into a Drider, making him a revulsion to all who knew him and an outcast. The spell can not be undone by any other than she who cast it so the family wish to give Haldra the peace of death. Our organisation is not usually known for acts of mercy, but they have raised the gold and refusing a hit would just be unethical don't you think?
  • Haldra can be found in the Underdark. The Underdark is composed of a total of 4 combined areas, and he is specifically located on this one in the far northwest corner. If he is not there, it's because the local creatures probably already slain him, so you'll have to wait a bit for him to respawn. He is the same level as the area creatures, 11.
  • Bonuses +1 Open Lock, +1 Spot, +1 Search, Vial of Lolth

Note: All bonuses are cumulative/additive; they stack. In the end, you'll receive +4 Open Lock, +4 Spot, +4 Search, and a Vial of Lolth.
