Description: The caster conjures a sheath of acid to protect him. This acid sheath surrounds the caster, and any creature that attacks the caster in melee will suffer acid damage equal to 1/3 caster level plus a die roll depending on spell focus.
No Spell Focus/Spell Focus : 1d6 Greater Spell Focus : 1d8 Epic Spell Focus : 1d10
This spell also provides Acid DR 5/- to a maximum of 50 damage. Once the max damage is reached the spell fails, no longer protecting the caster.
This spell cannot be used with Elemental Shield or Death Armor. Casting either of these will dispel the sheath.
