Judiciary District

This district is located in the northwestern quadrant of the city, and is the head of Neversummer. It is where the Castle, Council Hall, and the City Temple are located. The Council Hall is where newcomers first visit, and the Castle is where the ruler of Neversummer resides protected by many guards.
