The local store in Frostdale, this store is the home of the only weapons supplier in the entire frozen wastes. He only sells ranged weapons and amunition at the moment and will buy your weapons and goods, and is able to identify rare items that normal merchants in Avendell wouldn't be able to identify at all (he'll buy them from you too). Also a ranger trader is located there, who will sell you healing kits, potions, and ammunitions.
