Description: This flail appears to be crafted of stacked gold coins though it may be just plated. Still, it is heavier than usual, due to the gold, which also has the effect of stunning those hit by it. The gold also conducts electricity easily to those unfortunate enough to end up in it's path but can conduct it as easily to the user. On the end of the handle is engraved the symbol of Waukeen.
