Neversummer4 allows you to delete unwanted characters from your account.
To do this, you must find a NPC named Devil Angel in a temple within your faction headquarters. The NPC is located in the following places:

The Devil Angel is also now in one of the side rooms in the inn in Avendell, as well as in the faction selection area where you arrive on first login to NS4
Be WARNED that deleting your character is irrevocable and you should only do so if you are 100% sure this is what you want to do.
In order to delete a character you must pass a security check. If you have characters for deletion that fail the security check please send a private message to a current Dev in the forums with the exact account name to get help.
