There are many parts of Sleeth, each reserved for their specific purposes. There is the compound which has the shops, recruit and disciple buildings, and is the center of the city. Then there is are the Slave Pits for the slaves, the Dragon Feeding Grounds for obvious reasons, and the Dragon's Eye. Each of these districts have huge rat problems.
Location: Sleeth
Inhabitants: There are many Rats, Dire Rats, Rabid Chickens, and Slaves in the districts.
