I cannot Log onto the server

Hi, I can no longer get on the server with my laptop.
I have tried using a hardwire instead of WiFi and this has not helped.
I was able to get on up until a few days ago.
I can get on every other server in multi-player.
I can get on fine with my desktop.
Any ideas? I am completely stumped why this only happens with your server .

had the same problem with my laptop after I reinstalled nwn, never figured it out, so I just started to log-in using Xfire. works great

My brother in law is now having the same problem. He can only log in with his laptop and not his desktop.
Thanks for the Xfire suggestion. I'll try it today.

x-fire rox! I just wish i had been using it since I signed up just to see how many hours I've logged on ns4.. must be in the 1000s by now.

Yup me too i cant log on to NS4 (prime) it times out and i dont get an answer from the server. Did i get kicked for a time for something ididnt do or what the flock of sheep is going on?

oo not only that but i can log into ALL the other NS realm servers except for the NS4(prime).

Try doing a direct connect and put the NS4 ip address with a : (colon) and different port numbers after it.. like 5121, 5122, 60000, 60001 etc... as mentioned in this thread (and others):
