So I was playing on NS4 about two weeks ago. Today I try to login and it says I'm booted. Can someone pls help me with this? Thank you!

Check which CD-key your logging in on.

98% of the time its that,

The other 2% are people we randomly ban

I haven't changed my CD key since I got a new computer over a year ago. I played on NS4 about 2-3 weeks ago. So does that mean I'm banned?

At what point are you booted? If it's before you load an area, it's either same cdkey or same ip:port. Try changing the game port in nwnplayer.ini

Wish we could do that cleaner, but if someone logs in with different characters on the same ip + port, everything in the world breaks.

I get booted when I select my character and play. The screen goes black than tells me I'm booted. I checked nwnplayer.ini and the port was at 5122 which I changed to 5121 - same issue. Is there a way you can tell me what CD keys I should have? I've had 3 different sets since the game came out and 4 different computers, but the last one I played on was this same computer with these same CD keys. All CD keys I've had were installed from NWN Platinum disks, so it's not a nwn from gog issue.

Update, it only happens with one character. Curious!!
I have two characters on the server and it only happens with one of them.

Are you sure you didn't create said toon with a different cd-key ?

Odds are you did, and now because of the security settings your getting booted.

Yes we can fix it, but its easier with some more info. Try to catch me in game.
