Linux on a mac

HELP!!!!

It's the mac with the intell chip, I think that matters.

Ubuntu has a version for mac (powerpc), but I think you can use the i386 version, because your processor is intel based.
The install disc is also a livecd , so you can see if it works on your mac without installing anything.

My god man you just hit the trifecta of difficult machines...linux on a mac run by intel.
I am surprised the anti-christ hasn't knocked on your door for advice...oh wait she's thinking about a run for the Presidency and doesnt have time.
