{CLAD} - Taking up the banner

Ok, so as most of you have probably read, ATI will not be joining us in Daeron for some time. I'm optimistic that he may return at some point in the future, however for the time being we must address the present situation: we're leaderless.
There are two ways that this could be handled.
One: Elect a new leader. This could be challenging. Not a lot of us have the time it would take to really dig into this the way ATI did. The plus is it gives us a figurehead when dealing with in-game politics and such, gives the DMs and Devs someone to communicate with.
Two: Change the charter. We change the charter, divide up the leadership responsibilities and move to more of a shared power format. This would allow for whomever is logged in at highest level at any given time to take the lead, and we wouldn't have to worry about this situation taking place in the future.
Please take the time to weigh in on this topic. We'll go with the majority of the votes. Personally I think that option two would be more feasible, but I'm open to suggestions. If any of you have a better idea, feel free to post it.
I'm not prepared to let {CLAD} die just yet.

i would suggest, since you guys are still trying to find your power, to take advantage of a 3 way split with power. each person has just as much say as the others. make all your decisions with votes between the 3 and majority rules. it does help when you have others to fall back on so that your not doing it alone.
....this would also lead you down a path that if/when ATI returns he can still take his place at the top and be the leader and the 3 could be his closest advisors. smooth transitions during change are the best for everyone.

OR you guys could find Trent wherever he went and have him lead Clad the same way he never lead FoN... LOL or the 3some that DD posted... but best is that you pick one leader and follow him aimlessly

lmao get over the trent being leader thing, i know you said never lead, but FoN HAS NO LEADER, never has, never will. Closest thing to a leader we have is our captains. Now that thats out of the way, Clad members are more than welcome to join with FoN while Ati is absent as you party with us for the majority of time anyway. Common sense to me.

the name FoN reminds me of spoons for some reason....
and without a leader to lead your group of chicken soft tacos will just stand there looking yummy....

Wow...am I ever glad THIS stayed on topic...
Thanks all for your input. For the time being (until I can actually hear from other {CLAD} members), the senior members will share leadership responsibilities. That would be Don, Vastly and myself. Depending on whether there are still others playing or not, we'll speak with them also to get their take.
Like I said above, I'm not giving up. I will continue to support {CLAD} until I am the last remaining player under that name. There's evil out there that needs to be kicked back under it's rock.

I think I'm going to have to give Ragefist a call... old-school CLADman wasting away in medical school just to be a doctor! A travesty!

Just to bring this back into view...
{CLAD} is still actively seeking members. Currently we have a couple monks and archers, so ideally a good, solid fighter or cleric would be nice. Also, teamwork is a must if we're going to make it out there; I find a party work best when the group is coheisive and has all bases covered, and a guild should be built along the same lines.
We still need more
players, as opposed to just characters in {CLAD} for official recognition, so expect to see more of me actively campaigning in-game in NC and public areas.
(And, no, I won't be spamming shout.

Deeds speak volumes more than words anyway.)

Good lord I feel like an Arse...
Leaderless eh?
Kromix taught me everything I know about NWN, well everything but how to spell...
And Rage was one of the first 10 to join...
He also made a damn good cleric ^_~
Time and energy are two things I don't have T_T
Going on my 5th all nighter in a row, and finishing up college.
I think I'll DL myself some NWN and play around during spring break (march)...
If {CLAD} can hold together till then, with a provisional leadership staff, such as the triumverate (SP) mentioned early, and if I can get the Lord of Murder off my back about graduating a term late, then I'll help sort out anything I can.
In the mean time, Kromix, you rock, TGPO, you still pollute my mind, and Deputy Dog needs to stop sending me emails about Go Daddy .com ^_~
Oh and if any of you DM's out there remember me, let me know if the servers need TLC... I was gonna donate to charity, but I'd rather donate to friends ^_^ Well this is charity!
Now, let the holy wrath of {CLAD} bare down on any who seek evil or chaos! (unless you are Chaotic Good ^_~)!
