i would like to ask the DMs if possible if the KST guild hall can be placed in NS. We dont want a town were a band of pirates that are loyal to nobody withthat being said it would make perfect RP sense for the Clan of exziles to be in the town that has no allies

Sorry but all the leaseable lots in NS were bought up by Walmart and Starbucks..
On the plus side, the spiced cider is paticullary good.

wouldn't it be a Clan Hall then since you're not a Guild...
and since when do Clans get a hall??

I was honestly wondering the same thing, when PWnD would be removed. They have clearly been well under the required (I think it's 5) active members to maintain a guild hall. I guess maybe the devs don't have enough time to remove their guild hall or something.

Guild halls are not removed, they are destroyed and left to burn for at least a year or so before the cleaning crew is allowed to come in and clear out the wreckage.
