Bioware Auth Server Kaput

As luckily isn't wide-spread knowledge, Bioware took down the account server last month. This doesn't change anything, getting onto a random account has always been laughably easy.
Also unchanged is our auto-ban policy of messing up accounts that aren't yours. We track who logs into what, always have, and it's not often that we have to go digging into that (yay you guys, yah, I say that like never...doesn't mean we still don't hate you).
It's still unknown whether Bio/Atari/EA/etc will put the master server back up. Elven has a community version stubbed out, but it'd take client/server modification or bio pointing the domain elsewhere to make that happen. Might someday.
