Maelstrom

After Dragon Air has sometimes a "malfunction", I thought it would be fun if the ferries wouldn't work properly all the time either. The explanation could be a maelstrom, carrying the unwary and unfortunate adventurer to one of the islands around you. Being somewhere other than the port in FD, IoD or Sunken.
Of course only after lvl16. The lower lvls are too careful not to get near the water. Being scared out of their mind most of the time
