Well Apperently they are starting another run through with NWN2 and i was wondering how this would effect the NS5?

I was kinda shocked when i saw it..here is the link i found...who knows maybe its fake

No - it's one of the first 'Adventure Packs' or whatever they're calling it. Should be more of them too in addition to another expansion pack. They've said that they'll release some of the content developed for that (tilesets, creatures, etc) as a HAK as well, so, yeah - more content for NS5 eventually.
