Hi I want to make a charator with the dragon form. I've done the shifter version many times and now Iwant to try the druid way. I know that I only need 14 lvls of druid to get it done. What I would like tho is a few ideas for the rest of the build. I've heird use Monk, use Ranger, use both Monk and Ranger, Use DD.

Any suggestions would help me make up my game plan thanks.

I myself am planning to do a dragon again soon. I don't know if it's what your looking for but right now I'm leaning towards a Ranger/Duid/WeaponMaster. I haven't put it to papper yet to see if it will work but it's one idea for you.

The last time I tested (admittedly, it's been a few months) Weapon Foci didn't not transfer when shifted (Epic Prowess did, however) so I'm not sure where the benefit of taking Weapon Master is, unless you plan to be unshifted for a significant amount of time. Just thought I'd save you the trouble...

well if you want huge ab go any fighter class for first 20 lvls to max bab. bard is also a very good choice, as the song makes up for the lower bab (among other things hehe). definitely throw in some monk tho..its a must.

wm only translates to armed forms. so it is possible to make a scythe-master shifter/wm risen lord.

I get the feeling that WM is not the way to go thanks. So what would be the best way do do a build purely for the dragon form builted as a druid.

ok I agree the WM blows. I put it to paper and it sucked. ltho I think we are missing the point here. this guy asked for ideas for a druid based dragon and all most people seam to be doing is ripping mine instead of giving him more.

After I scrapted the WM I toyed with a 16 monk/10 DD/14 druid it seams ok on papper gona try it in a char builder what do you guys think of that one and or give the other guy something else to work with

not true, while nerfed they can still be useful for many things. you just have to know where is best to use that form.

aside from that, a CoT/druid/monk or pally/druid/monk would work as well.

Like mule-ing. My wm risen lord is now my gems and eyeballs mule.

I wasn't trying to rip your build Pin, just save you some trouble...but you raise an excellent point...here are a couple of my favorite dragons:

25 Bard / 14 Druid / 1 Monk is a solo animal; 20 Ranger / 17 Druid / 3 Monk has more potential AB if partied with a nice bard...both have similar AC's and HP's.

Bard hmmm sounds cool I like bards, my question is how would that work tho since you need so much wisdom there not much left for charisma to make the spells work. or is it all song no spells? pluss do you start out bard or druid?

I started a 26 monk/10 DD/14 Druid sofar hes ok but right now he's only lvl 18. I'll repost when he's done if he's any good or not.
