hey yall i finally got finished with school and reinstalled windows which was much needed.. I still have a couple of viruses that keep on reappearing when i run spy bot search and destroy....however do any of yall have regestration keys which i could either use for spy doctor or adware..?


other then that i reinstalled nwn and found a friend who i loaned my cd keys and he gave them back to me so i can now play....

but this is where the probelm now lays


whenever i log into the my chars Death the cleric-(which is lv 40 and has really good gear) or my DD lv 32 i beleif also with decent gear...

It goes to the loading screen and then it gets passed the first screen however when it gets to the loading screen for i guess where is puts your charecter i says their is an error in the game. and the game shuts off...So with this happening i only have 2 chars that i can currently play with.. the shifter that i was making and my wizard that is lv 40.....

I am not sure what all happened with the updates, where their any areas that were deleted, cause that would make since that an error keepys on popping up when ever i try and load it. Im not quite sure what to do,,, i havent seen any dm's on so im forced to post here...

Any suggestions would help.. thank yall..

and cant wait till i get the chance to play with yall again!

I've had a similar deal happen when i reinstalled my nwn game to the computer. Unfortunately, I forgot that i loaned a friend of mine the disks so i couldn't load SoU. I could log into NS but couldn't log any toon in an area using those tilesets. My guess is that you havn't gotten the latest tilesets from the most recent NWN update. Many people had to download v. 1.67 from the NWN homepage (nwvault?) and install the new tilesets separately. Don't know if they would cause the problem you have but maybe what i said will spur other ideas for a solution. Good Luck! Hope you get that stuff all squared away soon.

sorden it was a great suggestion.. and as soon as i tried i got through the first loading screen and then it got frozen at the second loading screen....not sure what i need to do

It's a fatal bug that can't be fixed. When a character isn't used for a while it gets "infected" and the infection renders it unuseable. The reason you can log into your sorc is because you used that last before you left. There's nothing you can do for it. Sorry to hear it buddy.

i spent freaking hours on my cleric getting gear with cross/trip and pretty much most of the HA guild.....

wow first i swich servers then i have to reinstall windows...then i cant use my cleric...thats what i call bad luck

is their any way that a dm can restor my char?



i spend some heavy hours on that char...i reallly dont want to remake him...He was the best tank ever

Also my cleric was the last char that i played with..............

it says it loads the server
but fails to load the area

It really sounds like your missing an update or even one of the expansion sets. Try reloading everything from scratch, then applying the 1.67 update.

sounds to me that ... ur screwed .. but then again there is somethin u can do.. reinstall again ^^
