SNORE

As of Saturday, all new toons will report to the Special Neversummer Office for Reason of Entry (SNORE) for naturalization. Failure to report to SNORE can result in disciplinary actions not limited to jail time or deportation. Toons ignoring this will be penalized greatly.
The entrance to the Special Neversummer Office for Reason of Entry can be found by talking to Sloof the Gnome, who wanders in the Enchanted Forest and Dark Heart (random). (If you still can't find him, he might have been killed. Check again after reset.) Talk to him and he will port you to the Enchanted Offices. Once in the Enchanted Offices, the third door on the west side (right next to the locked chest) will lead you directly to SNORE.
Note: The SNORE offices can only be entered by Level 5 and under toons.

ok, i mean no malice or disrespect... but the Enchanted Forest is kind of hard to get to at lvl 1-5 especially for New Players to NS servers if this SNORE is a mandatory thing why not put it in NS or in the main entrance when you make a new char

OK - time to come clean. SLOOF is in fact, FOOLS spelled backwards. The SNORE quest is in fact, an April Fools Day prank! Happy April Fools Day!
The text was written by me and Jabae and we talked Shadow into participating. He managed to get the other DMs in on the joke. A few others also played it up at our encouragement.
I was personally surprised at how many people fell for the prank, and didn't immediately realize that it would be nearly impossible (if not difficult) to remain under level 5 while exploring the Enchanted Forest.
How many did in fact, fall for it?

Yes, actually that was one reason we announced it tonight instead of tomorrow. It was really getting to be too much all the players on West complaining they couldnt find it or they were levelling too much... really quite funny in a perverse sort of way.
