Multiclassing bug?

I cant seem to multiclass at all... Im trying to take a level of wiz with a level 9 rogue and it just keeps saying:
[Server] Character does not have the prerequisite feats required for feat
And its not a character problem cause it worked fine on another server (exact same build...) any ideas?

what faction are you playing in?
i believe SL, RK, and MA are the only factions you can be a wiz now.

Whats a faction?
Its the same with any multi class...
Few other players tried too and couldnt do it either =[
