I have been attempting to complete this quest for some time without success because I'm unable to find the dead hermits.

So far, I've found the following:

1. Trade Route
2. Evanshire
3. Giant Mountain: Vale of Giants

Those I've found that will not speak to me are as follows:

Undersea City
Marsh
Tunnels 3

Any help would be appreciated.
