Reset announcer

Okay this is just me bein cheesy. But what about setting a script that at say 10 minutes before reset Arigon shouts out the reset and then again at 5 minutes and again at 1 minute.

Thats a good idea but on North we have Bri so , no need there.

That was the reasoning behind the town crier up in the enchanted city. She was supposed to shout out when it was 5 minutes until reset but with crashes and such, its hard to do. It would have tp be done via some database variable and it became too complicated.
