I love the bonuses on this item. It's in the finesse box. I'm a finesse toon. But I can't use it because my AC drops by 8 when I put the armor on.

It's leather. I guess because leather is the traditional rogues outfit. But it needs to be a robe so a finesse toon can use it.

And I'd say a armor with 8 dex limit is finesse..
