New area AZER's Rising

I suggest that a new EPIC area be built based on one of the nastiest mosters one the EC run .... the AZER. I would like to see this new area DRAGON proof.... give the azers +30 vs dragons. It would be nice if they continued to disarm even tritons (time to reward everyone that got bulletproof gaunts). The area should give off a continuous effect off fire damage of 100 per round , so one would have to use an inferno ring just to be there. The new area should only be unlocked if you collect and equipe one of the Azer helms and weapons. For Prizes I suggest an Azer Cleric belt, an Azer ring of magic immunity, an Azer gaunts of Ancient fire elemental summoning, Azer boots (similar to NS but higher ac and missing haste), and a Cloak of the Azer class specific for the harper scout.

For BBG I suggest an Ancient Azer cleric harm machine that is the size of a fire giant and a hoard of nasty azers cleric wm guards.

Any thoughts on how to improve or add to this concept are most welcome!!

i like the idea, a new area for azers but why restrict it? come on no fun just make it hard and drop lvl azer gear or instead of dwarves area replace them with azers and redo it that would be sweet

Harper Scouts are already overpowered. But heh...if you want to give me a cloak..say with 100% Sonic immunity :)

AWESOME IDEA MAN!

I love it! 100 damage per round. very nice. The disarm factor, very twisted I love it. Only problem is that I have been on about a millions TWI runs, and have yet to see the gaunts only a handfull of times. But, i still like the idea. Inferno ring and all.

But, let the punishment fit the crime, (reward fit the challenge) At the end of this thing have some kind of add-on prize. For example, it would have been nice on the dragonstone quest, if you were able to have your weapon outfitted with more affects, than to get a whole new weapon. So for Azer reward, maybe pass on some specialized immunities on the NS gear, or a permanent fire buff on the weapons. I would be happy with permanent 'Darkfire' buff on my current Triton, or DragonStone.

anyways ... you see the bosses in giants with those auoras around them the fire guys have red ones the ice have blue anyways they are supposed to deal damage a cool prize would be the chance to get one of those like a ring or crystal what when activated on you it gives you a circle around you and for every like 5 seconds or whatever time it deals like 30 or so magical damage to any enemies in the area.
