The whip of darkness does not allow the disarm feat to come up on the radial dial. DM ex Machina told me to post this. Also, everyone says "why do you want a whip" and they ask it because the whips aren't so competitive even with the disarm feat attached. Could they be made so the disarm feat is more effective?

As for buffing up the disarm feat itself, its an uncommon feat, and since Neversummer is an "uber gear, uber monster" type of PW, you won't find many monsters with a low enough discipline that will fail a check even if you succeed on hitting them with a disarm attack.
