Badge or Courage? or some sort

Suggestion: Take a level 40 and or in the making of a level 40 and gather all the special drops ie..runes..medals..special interest items(Non-Drop items, when you have collected them all you can turn in to a smith or NS guard and receive a badge of courage.
And this badge of courage shows a seasoned character one that has been to all the areas and would receive a special item. Just another notch in your NS belt or a useful item, and to be honest I have no clue as what the item would do, pretty much we have all the stuff we need. Leader stick, rez rod. Suggestion here will be needed
There are two great quests that come to mind that are close to this, so this may not be a relevant suggestion. Hermit ring quest and champions challenge.
