Cant Log In My Toon

Everytime I select my "Smurf Diddy †VoN†" toon i get booted. Whats up with that? Need help ASAP please.
*Update* Says that my toon is not lvl 1 or has 1 exp. On the East Server.

Catch a dm in game and we will see what we can do.

I have this same problem. Was a fix identified or should I also wait for a DM?
Exact message I get is "Failed character check: Not level 1 or not at 0 experience".
My toon is on west, is level 6... name is Silin Datsun.

Each toon has to be fixed individually. You need to catch a DM online to fix it.

I am now having this same trouble with a new toon Akhilleus I made yesterday. I got it up to lvl 15 and now it gets booted. I tried to make another, and it too gets the boot.

As sun tzu said you have to catch a dm on. Is this toon on north or east? I should be around this evening as a dm i just need to know which server

Well it doesnt look like Akhilleus made it. This would be our 3rd attempt if we were to try. Just logged in and its dominated, back at the start and getting booted again.

Ok reset just happened, its back to player start. Bugged and getting the boot all over again. Can we delete Akhilleus at the file level if possible?
