When I log into East or North, all characters are hostile and my inventory appears to be missing, until I unequip my cloak. But then I can't walk. I can rest and fall down, but not walk. I think I may have found the issue but I'm not sure. Can anyone tell me if a baseitems.2da should be in my localvault?

i di not have that 2da file in my local vault i would say it doesnt belong

I took it out and wowsors, I was able to log with no issues!
Can't wait to get back onto North now
