need help from dm - double charge for respawn

i am at 3.5 west, playing Sonoda Yuki. i got charged in xp and gold twice on a single respawn. what do i do? can i get it back, or am i just out of luck?
if you get the 2nd respawn screen once you're in the temple, hit "wait for help" and it'll go away.
yush, yer outta luck on the penalty though.
