CD Key in use

Someone is using my CD key.
It's really annoying. I bought this game the day of release.
Any help would be appreciated.

It's more an ns4 problem, but the server can miss a disconnect. Any change since the server reset (which I assume is still daily around 3AM EDT)?

I wish that were the case and it was my first suspicion as well.
I go to work at 8am, server resets at 2pm CST, I get home at 6pm, and occasionally someone is logged in and I can't.
I'm not trying to start any kind of flame war so if you want to PM I don't mind. I'm also on Facebook. Whatever works.
