Broken Transition?

On North, I took an 18th lvl toon to Kultach's (New) and did not notice anything new, other than I was unable to exit the cave; ( I did kill the dragon.)

Will be fixed as of 15h00. My fault - I've got duplicates of the dragon realm that are supposed to be unseen for now, and you crossed over through a duplicate transition I didn't get rid of.
