Druid caster items..

I'm working on a straight Druid Caster. I know...not very exciting, but I hadn't seen too many of em. Unlike mages, I'm not finding many items with additional Druid spell slots. Has there been any consideration for a Triton staff with Druid spells, or items similiar to the Vortex that provide slots for Druids?

It's somewhere in one of the suggestion threads, but currently Nature's Skin is it (other than the NS-crest druid armour).

the main reason there's not that much comparatively speaking is that there's been way less interest voiced. everyone ends up making a sorc/wiz, but non-melee/shifter druids are rare. in fact, i'm not sure i've ever seen someone make a pure caster druid.

I was finishing one on MW just before the wipe.
It's a catch-22... Pro's made some interesting changes to druid spells, but people seldom make them due to limited equipment. Consequently, there aren't a lot of druids out there & they aren't a priority for gear.

The changes to Creeping Doom are great. Unfortunately, there are few other druid spells that even with additional slots make the class close to its casting brethren.
If, for example, Called Lightening was boosted a bit and changed to elimate spell resistance...

I ended up taking a level of wiz for the G1 staff - the Mords usages help out vs resist. Evasion/Imp Evasion were still a problem though.
