Does anyone know,
A: How a Touch Attack Bonus is computed for spells such as Harm.
B: What counts as your AC for a Touch Attack against you.
Thanks.

i think the touch attack comes from your STR AB in some way

Touch attack is an unarmed attack versus the targets base AC not counting shield and armor bonuses.
If you have weapon finesse then your attack roll will be made using your dex mod instead of str (if it's higher)

Touch AC does not count Armour, Shield, and Natural Armour AC bonuses. This is because you merely have to touch, not penetrate their armour/skin. A touch attach is simply an attack against the opponent's Touch AC. You can make both Melee Touch Attacks and Ranged Touch Attacks depending on what the spell requires. A Ranged Touch Attack uses DEX (or WIS with Zen Archery) instead of STR as usual for Ranged Attacks.

Then would any feats taken to increase unarmed AB (unarmed weapon focus, etc) and any unarmed weapon bonuses (attack bonus and/or enchantment bonuses) actually increase the touch attack AB?
I crossed my cleric with monk and I believe that prevents the AoO with the Harm spell, but I have not done the harm spell on a different cleric (my first cleric).

Touch Attacks are considered armed attacks in PnP. The AoO is for casting the spell in a threatened area. NWN is weird when it comes to how they work and I'm not too certain of it since I don't play many casters.

Weapon Foci->Unarmed Strike increased my Touch AB in the tests that I ran, while other Weapon Foci did not.
Strangely though, the Enhancement Bonus on my rapier comes through; i.e. I do not have to switch to gaunts to get a weapon bonus for Touch Attack purposes.
Either Defensive Casting or Improved Combat Casting will negate the AoO; Improved Unarmed Strike will not as far as I know since the AoO results from the spell casting, not the attack associated with the spell, as DV said.
