Server Gone

After resets the last couple days the server doesn't come back up.

i mean the hour or 4 after the 2 o'clock reset.
It doesn't come back up

When I kill the task in task manager(with batch file) and then NXN2 restarts the mod, sometimes the nwserver.exe file is listed in task manager as a process but it doesn't actually completely start up. I've been trying to figure that out for some time now.
