A revised map to rule them all...

A long time ago, I released a map of Neversummer that Sun Tzu has kept a link to. I had a chance to revise it this morning, so here it is, with the scattered updates I added after January 2006 (Arronax, Isle of Dreams, the Dwarven Citadel).
