Does the current version of bardsong cap at a lower Perform than it used to? Wasn't noticing any difference between 70 & 100 Perform...

The effectiveness of your bardsong is based on both your bard levels and your perform. ( also charisma, which determines your hps bonus ) To get the desired boost from your bard song, you need both the minimum level in bard as well as the minimum perform. Someone has already posted the bardsong progression table somewhere on the boards if you want more detail.
