Server updates 6 August

Another mod update was released today. It deals with a few major fixes on the administrative side, as well as yet another new area for Wizards and Sorcerers in particular. For those who have been around since vanilla NS 3, we've all seen Garagoth remain unfinished. Well, that was until today. Go see for yourself.

Some might experience a glitch in the Wizard's Challenge, especially if you do it in a group. The problem has been rectified in the next mod update. If you experience a major glitch, let one of the DMs know or get in touch with me, if you've experienced the glitch the admin staff can fix it for you.

well i found a bug in the challenge on the third tower where is the challenge familiar...
when i try to talk to him say "That is incorrect"
and nothing happens..!
help?

you say the answer aloud. you arent supposed to talk to it. if you are right then it will say you are correct

The familiar will give the question once a minute, I believe. Just don't click on it like nuts.

not sure what he was doing wrong but I went and tested it on east and it worked fine. I also talked to Hex and he made it thru.

I did the Challenge on West and made it thru fine. Well worth it too!

well i realy don't why the first familliar didnt said the question me and bard willer tried but for our lucky willer had some1 that knew the question

Is it possible someone else had earlier tried that tower and failed at the first riddle , then ported out and logged? Then the changeliing would just sit there waiting for the answer?
I know the second time I tried to "retry" that area today he wouldn't repeat the questioned, but I didn't need to since I already knew from the previous attempt...
Got all the answers right (after pulling all my hair out) then finished the quest.
