What expansions and patchs are needed to play on NS5?

You do need both expansions (Mask of the Betrayer and Storm of Zehir) and be updated to the latest patch, which is 1.23.

But to be clear, you don't need to get the HAK files - all of that is handled for you once you connect to the server for the first time.

What is needed to Play NS5?
