Spontaneous Cast

Prerequisite: Cleric

Required for: None

Specifics: The character is able to replace any spell and cast a ‘healing’ variety of the same spell level instead. Whenever the player sees an ‘S’ in the upper left-hand corner of the spell icon, they can cast that spell spontaneously. This will ‘use up’ another spell of the same level as the spell cast.

Use: Automatic

Spontaneous Cast applies to "cure" spells, such as Cure Minor Wounds, Cure Critical Wounds, etc. It does not apply to the Heal spell.

Spontaneous Cast also applies to the "inflict" range of spells such as Inflict Minor Wounds etc.

To set a spontaneous cast cure spell to a Quickslot, you must drag the spell from the Spellbook to the Quickslot. No memorization is necessary
