Use: According to Robert Grimhorn of the Giant Staggared Inn: "Crosiers! They're holy, or possibly unholy scepters imbued with small amounts of magical power. I'm able to extract and use some of that power for my personal arcane studies. All I can offer in payment is a portion of the magic that you bring me in the form of enchanted magical tomes. A pile of metal crosiers can get heavy after a while, so bring them to me occasionally for deposit and we'll log your progress. *Warning: The scepters Robert gives you in exchange for your crosiers are undroppable, so be sure this is who you want minding your deposits.*
