Type of Feat: General

Prerequisite: Base Attack Bonus +1

Required for: None

Specifics: A character with this feat is adept at using light weapons subtly and effectively, allowing him to make melee attack rolls with his Dexterity modifier instead of his strength (if his Dexterity is higher than his Strength).

Use: Automatic when using any of the following weapons: dagger, handaxe, kama, kukri, light hammer, mace, rapier, sickle, shortsword, whip, and unarmed strike.

All the weapons are small size or tiny except the Rapier, which is medium.

Small races (such as Gnomes and) can not finesse rapiers, since they use them two handed.

While the AC granted by dexterity can be limited by the type of armor worn, the AB granted by your dexterity bonus when using this feat is never limited, nor is the reflex save increase.

Strongheart Halflings, Githzerai, and Durzagon Fiends receive this feat for free as a bonus feat as if from an item upon creation
