ALSO the caster will fire fiery arrows to the targets he faces,if the caster succeeds in striking with a ranged touch attack.Half of fire arrow's damage caused is fire damage same as the above effect,and the other half is bludgeoning damadge. reflex save is NOT allowed for half damage of these fire arrows.
